Rights to working results / Project reference
The rights to all the working results produced for the customer, such as
concepts, designs, sketches, specifications, ideas, diagrams, software codes, etc. – irrespective of whether
protected by law or not – shall be the property of Bubu. Bubu shall grant the customer a non-exclusive
right to use the working results.
If the above rights are not automatically assigned to Bubu or transferred to Bubu by virtue of the above, the customer shall hereby grant Bubu an unlimited, non-exclusive, non-chargeable right of use.
Unless specified to the contrary, the customer shall grant Bubu consent to be named publicly as a customer or included in its list of references. This explicitly includes the use of the customer’s name or logo in conjunction with the completed projects and promotion measures and on the website www.bubu.ch for the presentation of reference projects.
